I come from a humble family where my parents worked as daily-wage labourers. Life was filled with financial hardships, but my parents always believed that education was the only path to a better future. Their sacrifices became the foundation of my dreams. I completed my schooling in a Tamil-medium school. After school, I had a one-year break before joining college. When I entered college, I had forgotten much of my basic English. Since most of the classes were conducted in English, I struggled to understand the lessons. During the first few weeks, I felt discouraged and even thought of discontinuing my studies. However, whenever I thought of giving up, I remembered the sacrifices my parents had made for me. I promised myself that I would never let their struggles go in vain. Instead of quitting, I decided to improve myself one step at a time. I am deeply grateful to my teachers—Mrs. Helen Rosy, Mrs. Sindhu, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi (Economics), Mrs. Sudha, Mrs Pattammal, Mrs.Bhuvaneshwari and Mrs Selvamuthukumari. Their encouragement, excellent teaching, and belief in my abilities gave me confidence. Slowly, I improved my English, became more confident, and eventually emerged as one of the top-performing students in my class. One of the most painful moments of my college life came during my final year. I was recommended for the Best Outgoing Student Award because of my academic performance, discipline, and active participation. Unfortunately, I was not selected because one subject was shown as an arrear. The reason behind that arrears was unfortunate. I met with an accident involving a college bus during that period, which prevented me from applying for revaluation within the prescribed time. At that time, my family was going through severe financial difficulties, and I did not even have ₹300 to pay the revaluation fee. As a result, I lost the opportunity to clear the paper immediately. Although I was the top student in my class, I missed the chance to secure a University Rank. It was heartbreaking, but I learned that temporary setbacks never define our future. They only prepare us for greater success. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and later pursued my Master of Business Administration (MBA). During this phase of my life, my well-wishers, Mr. V. Dhivaharan, became my greatest support. He encouraged me emotionally and financially, making it possible for me to continue my higher education. His sacrifices will always remain one of the greatest blessings in my life. I also express my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Sudha, who guided and encouraged me while preparing for my MBA entrance examination. Her motivation gave me confidence to move forward and believe in myself. Later, I fulfilled another dream by completing my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Throughout my legal studies, my husband stood beside me with unconditional love, encouragement, and support. Because of him, I was able to balance my education, career, and family responsibilities successfully. My professional journey began at Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd., where I worked as a Regional Manager. I had the privilege of managing 25 branches across Chennai and Puducherry, leading teams, achieving business goals, and ensuring operational excellence. At the same time, I fulfilled my responsibilities in a joint family. As the mother of three daughters, one of the most emotional sacrifices I made was returning to work when my youngest daughter was only 85 days old. I had to leave her in the loving care of my In-laws while I fulfilled my professional responsibilities. It was one of the hardest decisions of my life, but it strengthened my determination to build a secure future for my family. In 2021, I faced another unexpected challenge. During a medical examination, I was diagnosed with a calcified granuloma in my brain. The news was emotionally difficult for me and my family. However, I refused to allow this health challenge to stop me from pursuing my dreams. With proper medical care, faith, courage, and the unwavering support of my family, I continued to move forward. This experience taught me that true strength is not living without difficulties but finding the courage to rise above them. Today, I am honoured to serve as a Advocate and Commissioner of Oaths .High court of Madras. Looking back, I realize that every hardship, disappointment, sacrifice, and challenge became a stepping stone toward my success. The education I received through my college transformed my life completely. It shaped not only my professional career but also my personal life. The knowledge, values, discipline, and guidance I received became the foundation of everything I have achieved today. Conclusion Today, I firmly believe that success is never determined by the name of the college we study in or the prestige of the institution. Success depends on our determination, our family values, the challenges we overcome, the goals we set for ourselves, and the courage to continue despite every obstacle. My journey—from being the daughter of daily-wage labourers, studying in a Tamil-medium school, overcoming language barriers and financial hardships, facing academic disappointments, balancing family and career, overcoming health challenges, completing my **BBA, MBA, and LLB**, serving as a **Regional Manager**, and finally becoming a ** Advocate and Commissioner of Oaths**—proves that dreams are achieved through perseverance, discipline, resilience, and hard work. I dedicate every achievement in my life to my parents, my **well wisher Mr. V. Dhivaharan**, my teachers, my husband, my In-laws, and my three daughters. Their sacrifices, encouragement, love, and belief in me have been the pillars of my success. **My message to every student and every dreamer is this:** *Never think that only students from prestigious or expensive colleges can achieve great success. Your future is not decided by your college. It is decided by your determination, discipline, hard work, courage, and your willingness to keep learning despite every challenge.
